1. Purpose
These terms of use (Terms of Use) govern access to and use of the JoeyyFrench website, its client area, its developer area and the associated Discord bot. Sales are governed by the Terms of Sale.
2. Account
- Creating an account is free of charge. It requires a username, an email address and a password, or can be done via Discord.
- Users provide accurate information, keep their login credentials confidential and report any fraudulent use.
- A Discord account can be linked or unlinked at any time from the client area.
3. Roles
- Client: buys products and orders services.
- Developer: recruited following an application and approval by the Platform. Developers submit quotes, carry out orders, publish products (subject to approval) and manage their portfolio.
- Moderator / founder: moderate content, assist with disputes and administer the Platform.
4. Rules of conduct
The following are prohibited: unlawful, hateful or misleading content; identity theft; circumventing the Platform to pay for an order outside the website; publishing works for which the user does not hold the rights; fake reviews; any attempt to compromise the security of the website.
5. Published content
Products, portfolio works and images published by Developers are subject to approval by the Platform, which may refuse or remove any non-compliant content. Reviews are reserved for clients who have received their order or purchased the product.
6. Sanctions
In the event of a breach, the Platform may, depending on its seriousness, issue a warning, remove content, suspend or delete an account, or withdraw the Developer role. Sums due for orders already completed remain governed by the Terms of Sale.
7. Discord
The Discord server and bot are an extension of the Platform: notifications, discussion channels linked to orders, and announcements. Use of Discord is also subject to the terms of Discord Inc.
8. Availability and liability
JoeyyFrench endeavours to ensure continuous access to the website but may interrupt it for maintenance. The Platform is not liable for interruptions caused by the hosting provider, Discord or payment service providers.
9. Changes
The Terms of Use may change. Users are informed of significant changes; continued use of the website constitutes acceptance.
